Integrity Galapagos

Galapageño-owned motor yacht Integrity sails the Galápagos Islands in a class and style all her own, inviting guests on voyages of discovery heightened by luxurious onboard comforts, in-depth lectures by only he most experienced guides and exciting shore visits to witness the remarkable biodiversity of the archipelago that inspired Charles Darwin.
 
Built in the USA by Gulf Motor Yacht and completely refurbished prior to operating in the archipelego in 2005, Integrity is 141 feet long (42.98 m) with 9 cabins and has a cruising speed of 12 knots. The vessel is one of the few in Galapagos with stabilisers, ensuring smooth passage across the beautiful waters of the Pacific.
 
Hallmarks of Integrity’s operation are an unparalleled commitment to the conservation of the Galápagos, attention to detail, safety and quality, which are also a top priority for its crew and its owners the Sievers family through their company Pamarent. The latter has helped fund the eradication of invasive plant species across 300 acres (121.41 ha) and created a 50-acre (20.23 ha) Private Nature Reserve to preserve and reforest the native Miconia shrub (Miconia robinsoniana). Integrity has three decks: 
Sun Deck with Jacuzzi, covered Bar and Grill with table seating.
Salon Deck with front-facing seating, Bridge, Dining area, Salon, Library and Bar.
Stateroom (Main) Deck with 9 comfortable cabins, Reception and Swim Platform.
 
ACCOMMODATION 
Integrity has 9 Staterooms in 4 categories, all located on the Main Deck. Each room features natural wood details, comfortable furnishings and soft upholstery in muted tones.
 
OWNER'S SUITE  - This is perhaps the most comfortable and luxurious stateroom of any yacht in the Islands, with a simple, tasteful decor featuring hardwood hand-harvested by the yacht owners. The 350 ft2 (32.52 m2) Owner’s Suite with fixed king bed spans the Main Deck from port to starboard with picture windows on both sides, a writing desk and ample seating. 
 
STANDARD STATEROOMS - The six 150 ft2 (13.9 m2) Standard Staterooms with large picture windows can be configured as Standard King with a king bed, or Standard Twin with two full-sized twin beds. There is also a 150 ft2  (13.9 m2) Standard Queen and a 120 ft2 (11.15 m2) Standard Single stateroom. All have a table and 2 chairs (except Single with one chair).
 
Each Stateroom also includes:

The spacious Salon with wide sea-view windows on both sides, offers comfortable wrap-around seating and is perfect for reading a selection of books from the yacht library or listening to briefings and lectures on Galápagos natural history and geology. There are two bars on the Salon and Sun Decks.
 
OUTSIDE SPACES include a partially covered sun deck, jacuzzi, Rolf’s Roost and swim platform.
 
ACTIVITIES  
Integrity’s guests can expect memorable shore experiences with natural spectacles at every turn.
 
Every voyage is led by a highly trained naturalist guide, chosen with great care and some of whom have been working on Integrity since the 1980’s. Integrity's engaging naturalists share scientific and historical knowledge, blended with insights and humour. Lectures on shore and on board provide a rich wealth of knowledge on the history and unique natural environment of the Galápagos.
 
ITINERARIES
To make the most of their time in Galápagos, guests can choose from two different week-long itineraries, or slightly shorter versions. The 7 night Western Route features the younger, active islands of Isabela and Fernandina; the 7 night Eastern Route includes the older islands of Española, San Cristóbal, and Genovesa. On many islands guests explore more than one visitor site and have plenty of opportunities to snorkel and kayak.
 
Western Route 
The full 7 night programme includes Santa Cruz (several sites before boarding), Floreana (4 sites), Isabela (5 sites), Fernandina (1 site), Santiago (3 sites), Santa Cruz north shore (2 sites), North Seymour (1 site), Baltra. The 6 night option ends on Friday in Baltra, skipping North Seymour and Caleta Tortuga from the 7N itinerary.
 
Eastern Route 
Santa Cruz (several sites before boarding), Española (3 sites), San Cristóbal (3 sites), Santa Fé (1 site), South Plaza (1 site), Genovesa (2 sites), Santiago (1 site), Bartolomé (2 sites), Rábida (1 site), Sombrero Chino (1 site), Baltra. The 5 night version starts on Monday in San Cristobal, missing Santa Cruz highlands, Pto Ayora, Espanola, Pta Pitt and Cerro Brujo from the 7N itinerary.
